Inactive SR notifications have been re-activated since Thu 6th July 2023

Since Thursday 6th July, I have started receiving SR notification alerts for inactive SR notifications.  I have changed nothing in my profile and alerts were all fine until yesterday (6th July 2023).  This seems to coincide with an upgrade to the notification system or similar?
