iDRAC9 license error The license binding ID does not match the device unique identifier

I recently purchased this server. After checking it, I encountered the following error:
‘The license binding ID does not match the device unique identifier.’

Additionally, the service tag shown in iDRAC is 0000015 instead of the actual service tag.

However, when I checked the Factory Shipped Hardware Inventory via Lifecycle Controller, it shows the correct service tag.

I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this issue.
