I'm sorry you are being hit in a deluge of notifications. This is likely because you were migrated with a Notification set up for the main Support Forums, which means you are getting notified for every update we have. I am very sorry about this.
On the main Support Forums page, look for the Actions menu, and select "Stop email notifications":
Once you've done this, you should see the volume drop. The other place you can check is the Email Notifications tab on your profile:
From here, filter by Community, and then you can remove the ones that are causing you the most grief.
