how to set permission set owner by default to docbase name

Hi All,

         here we were deploy loadbalanced content server for single repository model.we set the folder security option to folder in the serverconfig object.

while creating the folder or document object by default the owner of the permission set is setting to the installation owner how can we change the default permission set owner of the folder or document to docbase owner while creation of  the folder or document.
