How to modify my profile to add the site id for creating SR.THanks.
When I first registered EMC powerlink account, I use the account for self-study. But right now I need to create SR for my company. I failed to add my site id to my profile. Could you please do me a favour to give me some advices ? thanks. Grace

Try login on to the "old" Powerlink (https://powerlink.emc.com) and in the upper right go to preferences and then support.
If you don't see your company's site id, you need to add that site id to your account. You can do this by clicking on "add a site to my profile" on the page you are at now.
On the new https://support.emc.com you need to go to "service center" then on the bottom left "administer a site" and then click on "request access to site(s)" in the middle on the right.
