How to look for Support Notes

How to look for support notes using power link ?

some times the URLs provided by the forum users is recognized as a bad url

Its under Support->Knowledgebase Search->Support Solutions.

Select ID option under "Search for:" and then prepend ID number with "esg".

For example, if you are looking for resolutionId=901, search for ID = esg901

copy and paste always work...clicking may not work as I think, it has some kind of session id in the url.

I did copy and paste of following note

http://softwaresupport.emc.com/support/resolutions/dmfrmResolutionView.asp?ResolutionId=901 to verify regarding Data base link

it takes me to login rather than support note directly
