How to add an action to a form

Hi all,

I am new to documentum, so I have a question that I hope I will find an answer here.

Let's say that I have some documents in my repository. When I open one, it's opened in a special form view for that kind of document. Now I want to start a new process using that document. I have created an action and an Initiate process form, but I dont know how to show the action in this form view. So my question is how to add an action to a form using taskspace or form builder
