help with website problems

Hey,

i got a quite an interesting problem, being a new is the first one. Second is i created a user 2 days ago at emc.com via powerlink. While i can access it properly for emc.com it gives me an error while trying to access education.emc.com and i have NO idea who to contact. While support gives me advice to contact a pro via live chat, i can't because you need to select a certain product for it. And there are no producs as "website issues" . If someone would point me towards the right direction i'd appreciate it.

Hi

I assumed the issue is fixed by now since the post is over a month old, However to use the http://education.emc.com/ and its elearnings we need to install the latest Flash, shockwave player and Java.
