Getting Error While Arbiter Configuration in Watch4Net

Hi ,

I am trying to configure a 1 load balancer and 1 arbiter with 2 backends of different watch4net instances on different machines. While the load balancer configuration is fine. I am getting a strange error while starting the Arbiter.

"The PersistenceManager must have an existing persistence (can be empty) before starting!"

- I am trying to configure 2 separate backends in the Arbiter, one in my local machine and one in another machine.

- I run the reconfiguration command with the arbiter.xml

- The arbiter.xml has already got a persistence folder details

- I created the data folder under existing directory structure under conf

Now I am confused what this error means.and the admin guide doesn't have enough information about it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
