EMCopy problems or missing switches

EMCopy appears to have two short comings that are causing me grief.

For reference, here is the emcopy syntax that I'm using (emcopy v 4.17):

emcopy64 source destination /xd directories to skip /xf files to skip /d /s /secfix /o /a /c /th 8 /purge

1.  When EMCopy hits a file that it can't open and can't copy, if the file is already in the destination location (from an earlier copy pass), EMCopy will delete that file..... What in the world?!? Why would it do that? I would much rather have an old copy in the destination than no copy at all!  Just doesn't make sense to me.  PLEASE add a switch to preserve the destination file if the source file can't be copied.  If there is a way to accomplish that already, please let me know!

2.  Is there a way to have EMCopy clear the archive bit on files that it copies - I don't believe that this option is there either.  Please add a switch to clear the archive bit.

Thank You!
