EMC Open Migration Error

Guys,

Iam trying to migrate volumes from a 3rd Party SAN to another 3rd Party SAN using EMC OM

I have installed EMC OM 3.1.3 on Windows 2008 R2 host where I have the SAN volumes configured

I was able to successfully rescan and discover the Volumes in EMC OM.

I attached the volumes to filter driver

But I when Right Click the source volume and Migrate and then provide the target volume details for migration,  it throws errors saying:

""" Can't open or access target volume, it may be in use"

I have checked and found that no applications are using any of the volumes.

Any idea to overcome this ?
