Email Alerts to emailalert[at]emc.com are getting bounced
Dear All,
Since yesterday, email alerts configured on EMC CX4-480 Storage are getting bounced.
We have configured emailalert[at]emc.com in To Field.
Any email ID change has happened recently?

As RRR suggested it is better to work with Support for a faster response in this kind of cases. In the meanwhile you please confirm that the bounce is happening from emc email id only (not from ids which are in CC), also do a test email from the monitoring tab and check if an SR is getting raised against your site ID in powerlink after 10-15mins.

Bounced by which server?
I'd open a service request with EMC and have this sorted out. This is serious!
