ECM import feature gets freezed
When user tries to open ECM webpublisher, goes to File -> Import. Then import screen opens where Add files, Add Folders option is seen.
Then ECM screen gets freezed. Later ECM gets not responding, so user goes to task manager and closed the program forcefully.
Checked the java version, cleared UCF folder, deleted the cookies. everything is fine but still user unable to import documents and screen gets freezed everytime.
Could you please provide suggestions to avoid the issue.

Once restart the application server and JMS(Java Method Server) and then clear the cookies, UCF then try it.
If it not working just send the log files due to that we can proceed
