DS-5100B password recovery?

Got my hands on a few used DS-5100Bs, and they're password protected.

I'm getting the following when I try to crack the pw:

Send the following string to Customer Support for password recovery:

mqhiUFEtR6cGmb3V9Otasw==

Enter the supplied recovery password.

Recovery Password: admin

Re-enter Recovery Password: admin

Supplied password does NOT match. Booting in normal mode

So.  Can I get support to provide a pw string for a used unit?
