Does ProSupport for Enterprise covers new parts installation

Dear Colleagues,

I'm looking for explanation does ProSupport for Enterprise covers new parts installation?

For example, I need to expand quantity of RAM modules in the servers which are covered by ProSupport service contract. I cleary understand that I should pay for these modules.

But should I pay for DELL's representative technician who will come to my site and install RAM?

Would you be so kind to point me on any document which explains it?
