I bought a Dell Latitude 5550 Laptop in september 2024 and today it froze with the information that it was stolen. I can't access anything in my PC.

 

How to fix it?

The only way to fix it is that you have the original owner or organization that is locked it unfreeze/release the device. If you bought a used one, then contact the seller or Dell support for help.

I contacted both Dell Support and the seller, but this last has no idea what happened. I bought it new, I unboxed it.
