Dell t3610 cpu overclock

Hi i would like to buy e5-2689 for my dell t3610 i think the cpu should work becauze newweg sells a dell t3610 with this cpu that i want to put in and if i buy it can i enable intels turbo boost so when i turn it on to high performance will it boost its ghz to like 3 instead of 2.6?
