Dell Rewards Issue

Hi Team,

Customer care created a case to add rewards from pending to active. I got the below email from customer care 5 days back, still it's not active, last one week no one replied to email about status.

we have submitted the request to issue the rewards, it will be in your Dell account in next 24-48 business hours.

After this email no one replying, I followed up multiple times.  Can you please reply here at least?
