Dell optiplex 380 hard drive

Can I put in a 2.5 inch hard drive in a dell optiplex 380? Right now I have a 3.5 inch hard drive and it is getting in the way and pushing my graphics card but my pc came like this so is there anyway I can remove the 3.5 inch hard drive and put a 2.5 hard drive?
