Dell MegaRAID 9460-16i driver ver. 7.717.02.00

On one of our Workstations with Dell LSI 9460-16i, the installed and functioning as expected is driver version 7.717.02.00 whereas the latest available from Dell is 7.712.09.00. Is it possible that Dell removed 7.717.02.00 after the initial posting? What was the issue with the latest driver 7.717.02.00 that resulted in its removal?
