Dell inspiron 2 in 1

I bought two same laptops..one in 2022 and one in 2023 for my both kids.. the first one was not working in 2024 after two years and i couldnt repair since the motherboard was NOT Working..the symptoms was the keyboard light was on and the laptop fan was on but the monitor was off.. i sent to best buy geeks they told say goodbye to Motherboard.. today the second laptop is not working with the same symptoms. Both has been bought for more than $550 each.. i dont know what to do.. is dell product working for only two years?????? I am really disappointed.. i hope dell can repair this laptop for me since i lost too much because of this. Thanks
