Dell Inspiron 15 3558 keyboard shift key not working

Hi

My Dell Inspiron 15 3558 laptop keyboard shift key not working. So I can't type the special character keys. If I hold the shift key and try to type any special characters like ex @#_&-+() etc it won't work.that means coming normal numbers like 12345 etc.

Can anybody give the solution.
