DELL France making misappropriation of funds

Company based in France we make an order for more than 6000€ of displays, we make bank transfer to Dell France but ...2 days after the order was cancelled cause Dell doesn't have any more these references.

We ask for a reimbursment... since 1 month we fight with the worst customer relation service ever seen !!!

Yesterday we have a email with the proof that Dell FRANCE is making misappropriation of funds, transfering the reimbursment to the customer to an external DELL  account or maybe an employe account ????

We still waiting our 6000€ and we order a Police statment of thief
