Delivery of EMC Study Material yet not received

Hello sir/mam! I am Dharmendra Pathak, recently registered my institute  "Sanghvi Institute of Management and Science, Indore, India" at EMC  Academic Alliance. I received a call just after that from EMC that they  have shipped EMC Study Material and i will get it soon at my given  college address. But its more than seven days past and i did not get it.
I need to make students perform Practicals on Simulators provided by EMC. which is shipped along with Material.
So please resolve this issue, so i get EMC Material Soon.
