Creating and diplaying Custom Tabs in Webtop

HI Experts,

I am trying to add new tab in the create new document component, by default it has Create, Info and Permission tabs,

We want to add new Custom tab over here, I have tried from Composer and Able to do it, but its not displaying in Webtop UI.

Any help or pointers would be appreciated.
