Cluster Enabler with plugin for hyper-v 2008 R2

i've created a windows cluster and used the cluster enabler management to configure the cluster and due an error while testing the fail over i decided to recreate the cluster from scratch,after destroy the windows cluster and rebuild it i go back to CE mngmt and tried to reconfigure the cluster but an error occurred after convert group as shown below anybody can help please

An error (system Exception) occurred when creating storage group (CSVGRP_1)..........RC=(xxxxx) the device is already a member of device group
