Chromebook 7410 Enterprise - lock up Or restarting Chrome OS or hardware?

I have a Dell Chromebook 7410 (I5) and it will periodically either just restart or lock up.  I have run diagnostic and no problems found.  I cannot decide if it the CHROME OS version 90.0.4430.215 or the hardware.  I seem like it did not do this in version 89 but I cannot bet on this version vs hardware.

Is anyone else having this problem?
