Can't get support!

Hi,

I need help and I have to write here because EMC Support service don't work. I had opened the case #52042548 which was closed without my permission. I've never seen so awful attention to the customers

Every post in WebEx from Joydeep Chatterjee had reservation: about file naming, about complementary data, about my comments. So, ticket closed, ok. I tryed to open a new ticket by online form. Yesterday. I haven't any open cases till now. Noone has contacted with me. Ok. I called to the Russian HQ Office. +7 (495) 785-6622 - is this your number, EMC? Why a girl on another side of the wire said that I should find contact email or any other services on the... voila EMC site .

I want only a few things: tell about my last case condition and open a new case with the old problem. And yes, I want to resolve my problem. Moderators, please follow this message to the special department.

I apologize for the inconvinience. I'm no longer with EMC but I know and from what you've mentioned. May I know if this ticket was opened with EMC Celerra Support?
