Can't Enable Bluetooth

Greetings,

I have a Dell mobile Workstation 7750 running windows 11. For the life of me, I can not figure out how to enable bluetooth. When I installed windows 11, I disabled it. But now I can't enable it.

Can someone help me with this issue?
