BP transition script error

Hi All,

I have created a simple three state lifecycle Start->Active->Archived with no lifecycle modules. Lifecyle is getting attached to document property, but a the time of promote operation it is throwing "BP transition scrip error. Details:[DM_API_E_EXIST] error: "Document/object specified by XXXXX does not exist.

I have tried promoting theough DA as well as with DFC code, same error everytime.
