AX4 unable to connect

We have a (Dell) EMC AX4 series, out of warranty about 3 months. We have replaced all drives in this box and now it is fully populated (12 drives). I can hyperterminal to it and get the MBA Config menu (CTRL-S) to come up. But, unable to get the iSCSI config to load (CTRL-K). I have a stand alone server that is directlt linked to it no ping, Navisphere and PowerPath will not find it. So, how bad off are we?
