Good day to all of you at EMC World in Las Vegas and I do apologize for not being able to attend but I'm absolutely swamped here in San Diego working on VNX implementations for my company... here's my questions for an Expert!

So I'm working on collecting performance data from a client's remote site and have successfully accessed there Array, turned on the performance logging, waiting 24 hours and stopped the logging to collected the data, and now I find out that the files I'm working with are . NAZ encrypted files but I need them in the form of .NAR files because when I try to Upload .NAZ files to MiTrend they won't accept that type of file only .NAR files... How do I convert a .NAZ file to a .NAR file so I can successfully upload the performance data to MiTrend?

Thanks and have a great day!

if you download NAZ files that means you are working on an array that is not have a licensed version of Unisphere Analyzer.  You can send your NAZ files to your local TC who can decrypt them for you.
