Application does not exist in the repository

We're a new operation so knowledge is scarse.  I'm getting the following message when I try to login to TaskSpace:

Application does not exist in the repository

I am selecting the correct repository; when I select a different repository, my login does not authenticate.

Thanks -

Hi,

welcome to the Support Forums.

There are a lot of different sub forums, this particular space is meant to deal with general topics. Your question should be moved to

https://community.emc.com/community/support/documentum?view=discussions

If I do understand your question correctly, you're able to login to TS in 1 repository, but not the other(s)?

You would have to install the taskspace.dar in all repositories, looks like you have installed in 1 repo only?

Regards

Jørg

Thanks for the reply!  We installed TaskSpace.dar in the development repository but the problem persisted until we cleared out the cache so… we don’t know if the issue was that the URL was re-directing to our custom application or if the dar needed to be installed.

At the end of the day, we are up and running with our dev environment.

Again, thank you so  very much for the reply!!!
