Advising support of an upcoming DR Test

Hello all, next week we will undertake a 4 day DR Test. This will involve breaking the link between our Head Office and DR sites. On doing that I expect our ESRS system to start raising alerts with EMC Support as our DR Clariion, Celerra, Centera and RPA systems will all appear to be down.

So my question would be is there a procedure or generic advisory address for advising Support that they can expect to see these errors and ignore them for the systems at DR?

we typically notify our CE that systems will be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrade ..etc and he passes it along to support (not sure what is done on EMC side to ignore alerts)
