7400 WiFi issues using driver family pack E11 WHL2

When building computers with an SCCM task sequence using the dell driver family pack we are running into issues on the Latitude 7400 where the computer drops WiFi frequently. This has been verified on multiple computers. The version of the driver installed with the driver pack is 21.20.1.1, and this issue is resolved by updating the driver to version 21.20.1.1

Also the fans run on high when the computer is doing nothing until installing the updated version of the Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework drivers as well.

Are we the only ones having this issue? Is there something else we should be doing or something I've missed?
