1152: error extracting to the temporary location

Hi,
I am trying to install the offline access client silently from the command line.

I am using the syntax documented in the Offline Access manual. ES1_OfflineAccess.exe /s /v /qn /L*v INSTALLDIR=\"C:\Program Files\EMC SourceOne" EX_TCP_PRIMARY_SERVER=server01 EX_TCP_PRIMARY_PORT=8001 EX_TCP_SECONDARY_SERVER=server01 EX_TCP_SECONDARY_PORT=8002 REBOOT=ReallySuppress " I get the following error 1152: error extracting to the temporary location. I have tried both versions ES1_OA_6.80.4133 and ES1_OA_6.82.0121. Nothing useful in event logs. Has anyone had any luck installing this?
