XPS - XPS L321X - Enable TPM - Bit Locker process

Greetings,

My  new XPS (which I'm testing) has the following

BIOS - A06

OS - Win 7 64Bit Ent

Boot order

  1. HD
  2. USB (with Bit Locker files)

Per Bitlocker setup I need to first enable TMP in the BIOS.

I then log into Windows and enable BitLocker.

The process asks for a USB flash drive so I can save the keys.

I am then to ensure that during the reboot the HD boots first and the flash drive is inserted.

I am not able to boot as I"m supposed to so I can't ever get into Windows. During the boot process the boot hangs as a black screen.

Even if I choose to manually boot into the HD with the USB inserted the boot process hangs as soon as I choose to boot into the HD.
