XPS -13in Drive CAB, I'm excited, however . . . .
Greetings,
Per the URL below, I upgraded the BIOS from A04 to A06.(for PXE Boot)
In the BIOS I now see Network under the Boot, howver, this does not show up under the Boot menu. Even is I make the network be first in the order I am not able to PXE boot.
Press F12 all I see is
Removable Drives
Hard Drive
CD/DVD/CD-RW Drive
Diagnostics
I'm using a Dell recommended StarTech USB network Dongle.
Am I doing somthing wrong in trying to PXE boot?

I guess that answers my question. I have the USB2100S. I guess I'll let my boss return the incorrect items. In the mean time I will modify my emergency WinPE bootable flash drive to test my deployment.
Thanks for the quick response.

A couple points of clarification.
1. The PXE capable chipset is the LAN7500 which is on the StarTech USB21000S2. Startech does make a USB21000S which uses the AXIS chipset and is not supported for PXE boot.
2. I was using the USB 2.0 port (left side) when checking PXE capabilities. The NIC would attempt a PXE boot from that port and "Network" was an F12 boot option. I didn't test it from the USB 3.0 (right side) port.
3. I was testing on BIOS A05.
Thanks,
Warren
