XP Sysprep hangs using this cab

Extracted this CAB to use with sysprep, but sysprep is hanging during setup. When the onscreen keyboard is displayed during the hardware discovery, the onscreen keys are not shown, and the system never goes any farther. Hard disk activity continues for a few minutes, then blinks every few minutes. An hour later, the system is still doing the same thing, any ideas?
