Uploading Windows 7 64 bit to a Dell Precision T3600

Hello everyone! my name is Bazil,

I recently purchased a Dell Precision T3600 and I cannot figure out how to upload Windows 7 64 bit for the first time.

Now I know I'm not completely computer literate; but I have tried a few things:

I used the Windows 7 cd to get to the installation page using the uefi setting in the BIOS setup. After getting to the install screen I use the pre-os cd which was given to me with my purchase of the workstation. After finding the drives it will not let me select any partitions because they are MBR instead of GBT. 

Any suggestions? I would like to think I can install Windows 7 because it has been such a simple task before today.
