Unable to activate TPM through Client Configuration ToolKit
Hi Folks
I'm using SCCM 2012 & trying to deploy OS through zero touch along with bit locker. I installed CCTK version 2.1.1 so that I can enable & activate TPM in BIOS before running bit locker commands in task sequence.
Laptop model is Dell Latitude E6320 & running latest BIOS version i.e. A16.
Even when I'm running "cctk --tpmactivation=activate" command manually at this laptop, TPM stays deactivated. Although I'm enable to trun on TPM using cctk command.
There is no BIOS password set as of now.
Is there any known issue with this laptop model or Am I doing something wrong?
Any assistance would be highly appreciated. Thanks

Ensure that you have the latest BIOS which addresses this issue.

Thanks for your reply. I'm using BIOS version A16 which I recently installed however now I think A17 has also released.
Let me install A17 & then let you know.
