Thin clients lock up but turning off monitors unlocks them

Have a strange issue that happens about 15% of the time. When a user logs in the thin client will lock up. The users had been rebooting the thin client but we discovered that turning the monitors off and back on will unlock the device.

We have been able to reproduce the issue on 5070's and have an unconfirmed report on one 3000. 

Users follow the same login process. The VM doesn't lock up, just the Thin Client.

I have updated the OS/firmware/client and I am still seeing the issue.
