Settings wireless to turn off on physical LAN connection

I noticed that the E6420/E4320 and M6600 have an option in the BIOS to disable wireless when a physical LAN connection is present. I would love to use this functionality, but I cannot find an option to set this with the 2.0 version of the CCTK. WIll there be an update soon that provides this very useful feature? Thank you,

Yes, this issue is being worked on for a future release. An update to CCTK is expected in the next 4-6 weeks, but I'm not sure at the moment if a fix for this issue will be included.

Here's an alternate method of modifying the WWAN/WLAN Radios with CCTK.

Syntax is CCTK.exe --token=

Token Value: 0x0329
Mapping Name: WWAN Control Auto Sense
Mapping Value: Enable
Description: When the wireless WWAN device is enabled, this token will enable the feature that automatically turns off the wireless WWAN when
the wired WWAN is connected to the network.

Token Value: 0x032A
Mapping Name: WWAN Control Auto Sense
Mapping Value: Disable
Description: When the wireless WWAN device is enabled, this token will disable the feature that automatically turns off the wireless WWAN when
the wired WWAN is connected to the network.

Token Value: 0x032B
Mapping Name: WLAN Control Auto Sense
Mapping Value: Enable
Description: When the wireless WLAN device is enabled, this token will enable the feature that automatically turns off the wireless WLAN when
the wired WLAN is connected to the network.

Token Value: 0x032C
Mapping Name: WLAN Control Auto Sense
Mapping Value: Disable
Description: When the wireless WLAN device is enabled, this token will disable the feature that automatically turns off the wireless WLAN when
the wired WLAN is connected to the network.

I have a new M6600 with the intel centrino ultimate-n 6300 AGN wireless card, and even though I've set those options in the bios to turn off the radios when connected to a wired connection, the wireless still kicks on and grabs an address. any fix for this? i've been searching tirelessly and can't find a solution.

Same issue here. Intel 6300 wireless card and the BIOS option does nothing to turn it off. This is with or without the Intel wireless software installed.

I would assume that Dell is aware of this, but I've been wrong before. Anyone have any ideas or comments?

Tried some of these on an E6420 and got some error saying it didn't recognize those values. Any thoughts? Also, yeah the site is back :)

Sorry, I wasn't given the whole story with the tokens listed above. They will not work until the next BIOS release in Aug/Sept.

How are you installing the software? You must have the admin toolkit installed (custom option) and then create a configuration file.
