Remote Update the Bios Boot order and change the Bios Password

We have various models of Dell at oour organization like Optiplex 755, Latitude D630, E4200, E4300, E6400, E6410, E6510 etc. I want to change the bios boot order to only HDD and the enable the bios password so that cannot be changed by the user. I like to do this task remotly to all Dell systems. We do have Confgmgr and use it to push package and deploy apps.
From my investigation I found few different tools like DCCU, CCTK. But I am not sure the method or process.

Can some one please help me.

DCCU is no longer in development, so CCTK is your best option unless you have OMCI deployed in your environment.

The CCTK docs can be found at http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/SOFTWARE/smcctk/

ThankYou Warren for the reply. I installed CCKT but I don't see any option to make the changes to the Bios. We use SCCM here at our organization. I like to use SCCM to push the update to all Dell systems in the Organization. I want to change the bios boot Order and tenable Bios Password.
