Problem in installing Windows 7 in Precision Tower 7810

Hello,

I have tried to install a Windows 7 image via MDT 2012 but when it restart it crashes
I also tried to install Windows 7 manually via a DVD but it says no available disk !

but when I manually installed Windows 10 , it's working !
