OptiPlex 3000 Thin Client operating system upgrade solution

In year 2024 we procured Dell OptiPlex 3000 TC (Thin Client) which has Windows 10 IoT, Enterprise, LTSC 2021 pre-installed and licensed. Is there a solution available to upgrade the operating system of thin client to Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2024?
