Most Intel vPro/AMT fields show "To be filled by O.E.M." on new Dell OptiPlex 9020 SFF

BACKGROUND: I just received three new Dell OptiPlex 9020 SFF desktops.  I have only worked with the first one, which is what this report is based on.  I will post back again when I have looked at the other to.

I use Intel vPro/AMT in my environment to manage PCs.  I enrolled the first OP9020 and connected to the web portal for the machine to make sure the enrolment worked.  It did, however, all the the fields that tell me what kind of Dell computer it is, including the manufacturer, model and service tag all say "To be filled by O.E.M."  I do not find this acceptable.  I have many other Dell OP and Precision computers and they all report the information correctly.  These fields are not user configurable.

1) Why is this like this?  What are the chances the other two OP I haven't turned on yet are like this?

2) Is there a way to fix it short of a main board replacement? (Regardless, I assume it involves a Dell tech coming on site.)

I usually use the "mesh" version of Intel Manageability Commander so I do not see the machine info... however loaded up the latest standard version and now seeing the pc info... We have 3 Optiplex 9020 SFF, and 1 of them is showing this OEM data. The other two are ok in all areas, except the BIOS version is wrong... they all should be A24... and the other two reports as A17 and A20 Would like it all working properly... Did you get anywhere with this?
