Missing WinPE Storage Drivers Precision T5600

I'm having the same problem exactly.  A call to Dell's support got nowhere.  An SR was created so maybe we'll get an answer or someone will write the drivers properly soon.

Yes, we are planning on adding the PERC driver to the next version of the WinPE Cabs.  You should be able to get the Perc driver from the T5600 System Cab in the interim.

That's exactly what I did and it's working just fine.  Make sure you inject BOTH the Intel and Dell PERC drivers though.

Here is what I'm using:

Intel(R) C600 Series Chipset SAS RAID Controller v3.1.0.1082

PERC H310 for Dell Precision v5.1.119.32

DELL PERC RAID Virtual Device v5.1.119.32

I believe I had to download the Intel Chipset driver directly from Intel however since I don't believe the T5600 download page has the x86 version of the driver in there.  This would be for WinPE x86 boot images of course.

Thanks for your help dhedges01.  I can now at least install windows from DVD by loading those three drivers during the install.

But still no luck with winpe - I already had the 2 perc drivers and now that I read your advise I added the intel chipset - v3.1.0.1085  - the 1082 is no longer on the site

maybe something is conflicting that's already loaded from previous injections _ we've been adding drivers to the same boot.wim for over 2 years - after lunch I'll start from scratch

btw way we deploying only 64 bit windows

with a fresh winpe created from waik and adding the drivers suggested, it worked perfectly

now all I have to do is add back all of the other drivers added over the years - not that bad, really  :  )

Will this work on the T3600 as well?

I am not using the PE x86 but x64. Will 64 bit need the PERC and the Rapid Storage Device?
