MDT 2012 - Wireless driver gets installed but the device is "disabled"

Here is the setup:

MDT 2012

Latitude E5430 (although I have others with the same issue)

Dell Wireless 1504 wireless card (Broadcom chipset)

Dell CAB file for all system drivers

The problem:

My MDT process runs and the driver gets installed but once Windows loads the wireless adapter is set to "disabled" as soon as you enable it, it goes right back to disabled. If you install Windows from DVD and then install the driver, everything works fine. No errors on the system, nothing funny in the ZTIDrivers.log file. Has anyone else had this issue with the Broadcom chipset and MDT?
