latitude 3150 very slow touchpad

Hi,

I recently bought my first Dell laptop, latitude 3150. I figured the touchpad is not really responsive (very slow) even though I updated the driver and maxed up the touchpad settings.(however, it does not offer a lot of options to manipulate). it does not even have the multi gestures e.g two fingers, corners, and etc.

Are other Dell products like this as well or its just this one?

Is there any solution to increase the touchpad performance at all?
